Workshop Structure

  1. Introduction and Objectives – (5 minutes)
  2. Led by Deborah and Amanda: Welcome, objectives, and agenda to set expectations and outline goals. Safe and Inclusive Environment: Set guidelines for open, respectful interaction. Part 1: Refresher on Gordian Cognitive Styles and Patterns – (35 minutes)

  • Led by Deborah (25 minutes): Concise review of cognitive styles, patterns, and distortions on the Gordian checklist, including varied manifestations with practical relevance.
  • Interactive Examples (10 minutes): Group discussion with quick case examples, to help participants identify variations in cognitive styles.

Part 2: Analytics and Interpretation – Beyond the How Question – (30 minutes)

  • Advanced Forensic Analysis Techniques (10 minutes)Led by Amanda

Part 3: Managing Bias and Ensuring Consistency with the Model – (20 minutes)
